All prices are inclusive weekly rates and are for 7 nights' accommodation, pro rata rates available on application.

These prices are for the villa rental and not per person.  Prices include Electricity (except pool heating), Water, Cable TV, clean bed linen and towels (including beach and pool towels). National & International calls are free. Florida state taxes are included in the above prices.

Stays 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge.

We offer a discounted rate for stays over 2 weeks - please email for details.

A welcome pack will be in the villa upon your arrival including - Milk, tea bags, coffee, bread, spread and orange juice with our compliments.

Extras /Options:

Pool heating : £90 ($160) per week. 

No charge is made for the use of the baby facilities.

No charge is made for the use of the computer, printer, safe, PS2, DVD players, CD players & spa.

Additional Services are available via our Management Company, including additional cleans.  We will be happy to provide further details upon request. Please email via the link below.

The Villa is fully licensed by DBPR Florida State and by Polk County.  The licenses are displayed in the villa.  Should you wish to see a copy before booking please email us.
