Hi frances,
the villa was everything you described and more,everything was perfect,
pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a busy day, we enjoyed
our
stay very much, will be in touch when we visit again

Dear Frances,
Just a quick note about our recent stay at Sunset Villa.
We had a great time staying in your villa; it was very comfortable and
well equipped. It was also spotless on arrival and we appreciated the
mid stay clean. The children loved the pool and games room,
especially on our rest days (not that we had many!). We ate at the
local Cracker Barrel a couple of times, very handy after a long day at
the parks.
In our two weeks we did all the Disney Parks (twice), Seaworld and
Kennedy Space Center. The highlight of the trip for our family was a
trip to Discovery Cove; I would highly reccommend if you haven't been.
My sister's family also went to the Disney water parks and we spent a
morning spending up at Downtown Disney!
A couple of restaurant suggestions : Durango's at Cocoa Beach
(great steaks, fajitas and very good value) and for a special occasion
The Oceanaire Seafood Room at the Pointe on International Drive (my
husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary there, excellent food
and service).
Thank you again for a lovely villa and all your advice over the
last year; hopefully it won't be 11 years before we return to Orlando!

Hi Frances,
Sorry for delay getting back to you been ill with a chest infection but
no swine flu thank god! We all had a fantastic holiday in Florida it is
the only time I have ever wanted to stay longer!. The villa catered for
the full age group 20 months to 65 years! ideal for all park locations
and we will be back. Many thanks for your information files in villa
they were a huge help,

it was a great family holiday made better by returning
to the villa every night

Hi Frances
What a wonderful holiday. Your villa suited our needs down to the
ground.
Plenty of space, lovely warm pool and a hot tub to die for.
We had a frantic first two weeks with the family visiting the Parks so
it
was great for the grandchildren to come back and play in the pool
before
bedtime.
The last week of our holiday when the family had gone home was very
relaxing
particularly sitting in the tub with a nice glass of wine and watching
the
stars.
Your management company was excellent. There were a couple of
minor
problems that were dealt with within a matter of hours. Cannot
praise them
enough.
I really can't think of anything that would make it better as we had
such a
wonderful time.
I wish you luck for the rest of the year and hope you guests enjoy
themselves as much as we did.

Frances,
We
had a magical time in Florida!!!!! Your Villa is everything we hoped it
would be!!! I have attached a couple of photos of us @ Disney & one
of Alex & Con in your pool. Arrived at the Villa Friday around 7 pm
& enjoyed an evening around the pool. The hot tub &
pool were perfect. Especially after our 12 hour days at Disney. We
went to Disney 7 days in a row . 80 Hours of time spent at Disney,
the Hot Tub was exactly what our tired legs needed. 500 hundred photos,
5 hours of video & 215 Disney photo pass pictures later
it will be with us forever. The Disney photo pass is such a great
concept, My daughter Alex wore her Disney Snow White outfit on the
second day, but found it to hot, so we bought here the princess Jasmine
outfit which she proceeded to wear for the next five days.
She always greeted as Princess Jasmine @ Disney from all the
different cast members, such a dream vacation for all of us. We
are already looking forward to returning next year. So much to do
& nine nights, wasn't long enough for us. We are thinking
about the last week of January & First week of February for a 14
night magical holiday at you villa. I have already checked &
I see it shows it is still available for rental. I will
contact you soon, to firm up details once we have decided.

Hi Frances
We had a fantastic time over in Florida and of course your villa and
the location were excellent, we are all wishing we were still there and
would love to go back as soon as possible, may be even for a 3 week
break then we could have more time in the pool!
Thanks again for all your help and we will certainly pass on your cards
and recommend your villa to all our friends and family for future
years.
