The villa is situated on the new, gated development of Sunset Ridge
over-looking orange groves. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished,
easily accommodating up to twelve adults and has its own South facing
private
screened pool. It has all the amenities you would expect in a
five bed villa including two master en-suite bedrooms, a further 3
bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen and
separate utility area. The villa has Air-conditioning through-out and a
monitored
security alarm system. The fully screened South facing private pool
is not overlooked from behind. The heated spa is a welcome place
to relax and rest tired legs after a long day in one of Orlando's many
theme parks!
Sunset Villa is just 12 minutes from Walt Disney World, with other
Orlando theme parks
only 25 minutes away and only 2 minutes from the prestigious new Posner
Park shopping and retail centre, shops already open include JC Penney,
Michaels, Belz, Best Buys, Target etc.with

Restaurants nearby include Cracker Barrel, Grand China Buffet, New York
Pizza World, Shoneys, McDonalds and more.
If
you are looking for a game of golf you will be spoilt for choice
with the award-winning
Southern Dunes, Champions Gate and Ridgewood Lakes Championship Courses
all located just a five-minute drive away. These courses are
regarded as some of the best in the country and offer 72 holes of golf
for golfers of all abilities.
There is also a very convenient Tourist Information Office, Outpost 27,
at the
entrance
to the development, where they will be able to help you with leaflets,
directions, etc!!

addition to all this it is just an hour to the coast in either
direction - the Gulf Coast to the West and the Atlantic Ocean to the
East where the Kennedy Space Centre is also located.
